酒业作为国家饮料业的重要组成之一,对经济的稳定发展具有重要的促进作用。中国加入WTO后,进口配额和高额关说随之取消,中国酒产品的进口增长量稳步提升,但是出口额却增长有限,中国酒业市场面临着巨大的国家市场压力。本文通过对中国酒业现状和酒业人才管理机制进行简要分析,提出校企联合的模式来培养酒业人才,借此希冀为酒业的发展寻求一条捷径,为提高我国酒业的竞争力,并促进酒业的可持续发展提供可行的决策依据。
As an important component of the national beverage industry, the wine industry plays an important role in promoting the stable development of the economy. After China’s accession to the WTO, the import quotas and the high-end tariffs were subsequently abolished. The increase in the import of Chinese wine products has steadily increased, but the growth in exports has been limited, and the Chinese wine market is facing enormous national market pressure. This article briefly analyzes the status quo of China’s wine industry and the liquor talent management mechanism, and proposes a model of school-industry cooperation to cultivate talents in the wine industry. It hopes to seek a shortcut for the development of the wine industry to improve the competitiveness of the wine industry in China. And promote sustainable development of the wine industry to provide a feasible basis for decision-making.
