研究了新型玉米超微粉体种衣剂在辽宁地区的理化性质及应用效应。结果表明,新型种衣剂2号与3号pH值、成膜时间、溶解黏度、溶解悬浮率、包衣均匀度、包衣脱落粒、热贮稳定性等指标均达到国家标准,高温处理后溶解悬浮率没有显著下降,效果优于市售普通玉米种衣剂,产品优势明显。新型超微粉体玉米种衣剂可以显著改善玉米幼苗素质。运用超微粉种衣剂处理后,玉米的发芽率、出苗率、成苗率及幼苗素质等关键指标与对照相比均显著提高。超微粉种衣剂在玉米全生育期中无毒害或抑制作用,提质增效明显。
The physicochemical properties and application effects of the new corn superfine powder coating agent in Liaoning area were studied. The results showed that the new seed coating agents No.2 and No.3, such as pH value, filming time, dissolved viscosity, dissolved suspension rate, coating uniformity, coating peeled off grain and heat storage stability, reached the national standard. After high temperature treatment Dissolution suspension rate did not drop significantly, the effect is superior to the market of ordinary corn seed coating agent, the product has obvious advantages. The new superfine corn seed coating agent can significantly improve the quality of corn seedlings. The use of ultrafine seed coating treatment, corn germination rate, emergence rate, seedling rate and seedling quality and other key indicators were significantly increased compared with the control. Superfine seed coating in the whole corn growth period without poison or inhibition, improve quality and efficiency significantly.
