桃树脱锻炼期间电阻抗参数与抗寒性关系研究

以抗寒性较强的“燕红”[Prunus persica(L.)cv.Yanhong]和抗寒性较弱的“中华寿桃”[Prunus persica(L.)cv.Zhonghuashoutao]2个品种为试材,在应用电解质渗透(EL)法测定桃树枝条抗寒性的基础上,研究了电阻抗(EIS)参数与抗寒性的关系。结果表明:电阻抗参数法与电解质渗透法测定抗寒性具有较高的一致性,“中华寿桃”EIS(re)法一致性最高,达到0.982,“燕红”EIS(re)法相关性达到0.856;未经冷冻处理枝条的电阻抗参数与抗寒性具有较高的相关性,其中“燕红”胞外电阻率re相关性最高,达到-0.983,而“中华寿桃”弛豫时间(τ)和胞外电阻率(re)相关性分别达到0.935和-0.808;表明re和τ可作为脱锻炼期间测定桃枝条抗寒性指标;同时通过比较各参数的通径分析测得t值,表明re为估测桃树枝条抗寒性最佳的参数。 Two species of “Prunus persica (L.) cv.Zhonghuashoutao” with “cold red” [Prunus persica (L.) cv.Yanhong] and cold hardiness The varieties were used as test materials to study the relationship between electrical impedance (EIS) parameters and cold resistance on the basis of measuring the cold resistance of peach branches by using electrolyte infiltration (EL) method. There was a high correlation between the electrical impedance parameters and the cold resistance of the branches without freezing, in which the extracellular resistivity of “Yan Hong” was the highest, reaching -0.983, while that of "Zhonghua The correlation between the relaxation time (τ) and the extracellular resistivity (Re) reached 0.935 and -0.808 respectively, which indicated that re and τ could be used as indexes to determine the cold resistance of peach branches during de-tempering. At the same time, The t-value of the path analysis indicated that re was the best parameter for estimating the cold resistance of peach branches.
