通过热处理方法消除了410不锈钢粉末注射成形烧结试样在高温烧结过程中产生的晶界偏析,同时控制δ铁素体含量与形态,改善了试样的硬度、抗弯强度、抗拉强度和伸长率。利用Thermo-calc软件计算得到410不锈钢相图,结合试验结果分析了不同淬火温度对试样中δ铁素体含量的影响,以及淬火温度和δ铁素体对试样力学性能的影响,本实验得到的最佳淬火温度为1080℃。
The grain boundary segregation during the high temperature sintering process of 410 stainless steel powder injection-molded sintered samples was eliminated by heat treatment, while the δ ferrite content and morphology were controlled to improve the hardness, flexural strength, tensile strength and elongation rate. The phase diagram of 410 stainless steel was calculated by Thermo-calc software. The effect of different quenching temperature on the δ-ferrite content in the sample and the effect of quenching temperature and δ-ferrite on the mechanical properties of the sample were analyzed. The best quenching temperature was found to be 1080 ° C.
