为提高安全气袋模拟计算中折叠建模的精度,对气袋折叠建模中常用的3种折叠方式的几何误差进行了计算分析,并提出了相应的修正方法。结合一个实际气袋模型的计算结果,验证了修正方法的有效性。进行几何误差修正后的气袋模型能够更精确地模拟气袋的展开过程,可以对气袋参数的优化设计及气袋对乘员的防护作用研究提供更可靠的分析结果。该文的修正方法也可应用于气袋自动建模。
In order to improve the accuracy of the folding model in the airbag simulation, the geometrical errors of the three folding methods commonly used in the airbag folding model are calculated and analyzed, and the corresponding correction methods are put forward. Combining the calculation results of an actual airbag model, the validity of the correction method is verified. The geometrical error-corrected airbag model can more accurately simulate the airbag deployment process, and can provide more reliable analysis results on the optimization design of the airbag parameter and the research on the protection of airbags to occupants. The correction method of this paper can also be applied to the automatic modeling of airbags.
