“2003·7·30”德州市德城区短历时高强度特大暴雨对城市防汛是极为宝贵的典型暴雨样本。通过对此次实测降雨及灾情调查资料的初步分析,提出了城市防洪工作6条建议,这对今后制订城区防洪规划及预案具有极为重要的作用。
“2003 · 7.30” Decheng Decheng short duration high-intensity heavy rain on the city flood control is extremely valuable typical storm samples. Through the preliminary analysis of the data of the surveyed rainfall and the disaster investigation, six suggestions on urban flood control work are put forward, which play an extremely important role in the future planning and plan of urban flood control.
