The deepening of economic reforms has contributed to the development of corporate price behavior. The conversion process of China’s price formation mechanism from a single planning mechanism to a planned market mechanism actually involves the generation and development of corporate price behavior. To adapt to this shift in price formation mechanisms, the price theory should pay more attention to the study of corporate price behavior. I. Conditions and Processes for Producing Corporate Price Behavior The corporate price behavior arises from the activities in which the company directly participates in market transactions. The price is the product of market transactions, and the market transaction is in turn passed through the currency as a medium.
