目的从需方角度了解银川市急性心肌梗死住院患者满意度情况,分析其影响因素,为提高医院服务质量提供合理化建议及对策。方法对银川市三家样本医院采用描述性统计法做基本情况分析,同时对样本医院影响住院患者满意度的因素利用卡方检验和logistic法分别做单因素和多因素分析。结果住院患者对医院医疗制度的总体满意度较高为78.0%,对医院医疗行为的总体满意度较低为77.3%。而医院住院环境、辅助检查人员的态度、医务人员的解释沟通、医疗费用是住院患者满意度情况的影响因素。结论医院应全面考虑住院患者满意度和影响因素以提高银川市急性心肌梗死住院患者的医疗质量。
Objective To understand the satisfaction degree of inpatients with acute myocardial infarction in Yinchuan from the demand side, analyze the influencing factors and provide reasonable suggestions and countermeasures to improve the quality of hospital services. Methods Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the basic conditions of three sample hospitals in Yinchuan City, and the uni-factor and multivariate analysis were conducted using the chi-square test and logistic method in the sample hospitals. Results The overall satisfaction of inpatients with hospital medical system was 78.0%, and the overall satisfaction with hospital medical behaviors was 77.3%. However, the hospital hospital environment, the attitude of assistant inspectors, the explanation and communication of medical staff, and the medical expenses are the influencing factors of inpatient satisfaction. Conclusion The hospital should fully consider the satisfaction and influencing factors of inpatients to improve the medical quality of inpatients with acute myocardial infarction in Yinchuan.
