随着卫生体制改革的不断深化,人事制度改革成为必然。自2004年,我区卫生人事制度改革逐步推行以来,事业单位全员聘用制工作全面展开,各卫生单位依照按需设岗、精简高效的原则,科学合理地确定内设机构和岗位,有效地精简了机构,为合理配置卫生人力资源起到积极作用,但也为人事档案管理工作提出了新问题。如何顺应人事制度改革,更好地做好人事档案工作,是人事档案工作者需要思考的问题。
With the continuous deepening of the health system reform, the personnel system reform has become inevitable. Since the reform of the health personnel system in our region was implemented gradually, the full-time employment system in public institutions has been in full swing since 2004. All health units effectively and scientifically and reasonably determined their internal structures and positions according to the principle of " Streamlined the body and played an active role in the rational allocation of human resources for health, but also raised new problems for personnel file management. How to conform to the personnel system reform and do a better job of personnel files is a problem that personnel archivists need to think about.
