目前采供血工作面临严峻形势,2012年山东省首次无偿献血总量呈下降趋势,全省17个市中9个市也首次呈下降趋势,血液供应面临新的压力和严峻挑战。在对山东省无偿献血工作面临的现状进行分析的基础上,本文对如何在新形势下创新无偿献血管理策略,促进无偿献血事业健康发展进行了探讨。指出只有加强无偿献血团体招募、社会平台建设、信息化建设、临床用血计划管理与调控、绩效考核与激励等方面的管理才能推进无偿献血事业的可持续发展。
Currently, blood collection and supply work is facing a severe situation. In 2012, the total amount of blood donation for the first time in Shandong Province showed a downward trend. Nine cities in 17 cities in the province also showed a downward trend for the first time. The blood supply was under new pressure and severe challenges. Based on the analysis of the status quo of unpaid blood donation work in Shandong Province, this paper discusses how to innovate the strategy of voluntary blood donation management and promote the healthy development of unpaid blood donation in the new situation. It points out that only by strengthening the management of involuntary blood donation group recruitment, social platform construction, information construction, clinical blood plan management and control, performance appraisal and encouragement can the sustainable development of unpaid blood donation be promoted.
