采用实验法,将学生随机分成两组进行实验,对照组进行常规教学,实验组在常规教学的基础上实施表象训练。结果表明,有目的地运用表象训练能促进学生形成正确的篮球投篮技术动作表象,加速掌握动作技术和提高运动技能,培养学生的兴趣,从而提高教学质量,并对表象训练方法提出建议。
Using experimental method, the students were randomly divided into two groups for experiment, the control group for routine teaching, experimental group on the basis of conventional teaching implementation of the image training. The results show that the purposeful use of pictorial training can promote students to form the correct appearance of basketball shooting technique, speed up the mastery of motor skills and motor skills, develop students’ interest, improve the quality of teaching and make suggestions on the method of pictorial training.
