采用复合电沉积法制备出Cr颗粒含量不同的Ni-Cr微米复合镀层,该镀层由电镀Ni和微米Cr颗粒(~2.4μm)组成.900℃20 h高温氧化实验结果表明,当Cr含量接近32 mass%时,该复合镀层能够形成一层连续的Cr_2O_3氧化膜.通过对微米Cr颗粒含量不同的Ni-Cr复合镀层氧化性能的对比,讨论了其氧化机理.
Ni-Cr micro-composite coatings with different content of Cr particles were prepared by the composite electrodeposition method, and the coatings consisted of electroplated Ni and micron Cr particles (~ 2.4μm). The results of high temperature oxidation at 900 ℃ for 20 h showed that when Cr content was close to 32 mass%, the composite coating can form a continuous Cr_2O_3 oxide film.The oxidation mechanism of the Ni-Cr composite coating with different Cr content is discussed.
