目的:观察血液灌流联合血液透析应用于急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年3月至2016年3月于广州医科大学附属第四医院肾内科就诊的急性肾功能衰竭患者80例,按治疗方案分为两组,每组40例,其中对照组患者单纯使用血液透析,观察组患者使用血液灌流联合血液透析,治疗过程观察并记录患者血液中血尿素氮、肌酐、血清肌酸酐和尿蛋白等指标,以及中毒到治疗时间情况、住院平均时间和肾功能恢复需要的时间。结果:临床疗效方面,观察组和对照组患者总有效率分别为90.0%(36/40)和72.5%(29/40),观察组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液指标方面,治疗后观察组患者的血液指标改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗时间方面,两组患者在中毒到治疗时间和住院平均时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者的肾功能恢复需要时间显著小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流联合血液透析应用于急性肾功能衰竭患者能有效改善患者血液指标,临床疗效显著,且患者肾功能恢复较快。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in patients with acute renal failure. Methods: From March 2014 to March 2016, 80 patients with acute renal failure admitted to Department of Nephrology, the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were divided into two groups according to the treatment regimen, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were simple Hemodialysis was used in the observation group. Hemoperfusion and hemodialysis were used in the observation group. Blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, serum creatinine and urinary protein in the blood were observed and recorded in the treatment course. The mean duration of hospitalization and renal function Recover the time needed. Results: The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 90.0% (36/40) and 72.5% (29/40) respectively in clinical curative effect. The clinical curative effect in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). In terms of blood indexes, the improvement of blood indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment (P <0.05). In terms of the treatment time, the two groups had significant differences in the time from poisoning to treatment and hospitalization (P> 0.05). However, the recovery time of renal function in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in patients with acute renal failure can effectively improve blood parameters in patients with significant clinical efficacy, and rapid recovery of renal function in patients.
