针对单管冻结相变热传导问题,根据冻结峰面分成冻结区和未冻结区,采用变量替换方法进行了单管冻结温度场解析分析,利用指数积分函数解析表示了冻结区和未冻结区的温度分布.为数值计算简便,给出了指数积分的多项式表示.结果表明:冻结峰面半径与冻结时间是平方根关系,即,ξ=2a1βt;通过算例说明了单管冻结温度场呈对数型函数分布,且曲线的曲率随冻结时间增加而减小.
According to the heat conduction problem of single-tube freezing phase transition, the freezing peak area is divided into freezing area and unfrozen area. The single-tube freezing temperature field is analyzed by variable substitution method. The temperature of freezing area and unfrozen area is analyzed by exponential integral function The numerical results show that the freezing peak surface radius and the freezing time are the square root of the relationship, that is ξ = 2a1βt. The numerical results show that the single-tube freezing temperature field is logarithmic Function distribution, and the curvature of the curve decreases with increasing freezing time.
