为解决小井眼钻井、小井眼水平井钻井和φ139.7 mm套管开窗侧钻井中输送测井仪器和钻水泥塞的技术难题,研制了φ73 mm(S135)直连型钻杆。其钻杆接头与管体一体化,不需要摩擦焊接,通过减小API规范φ73 mm钻杆的接头外径和设计新型钻杆螺纹,增大了接头外径与井眼的环空间隙,满足在深井中输送测井仪器和钻水泥塞施工的要求,保证了井下安全。现场应用情况表明,该钻杆抗拉、抗扭和密封性能可靠,机械钻速明显提高,钻井施工更加顺利。
In order to solve the technical problems of the wellbore drilling, the slim hole horizontal well drilling and the φ139.7 mm casing overturning well logging tools and drilling cement plugs, the φ73 mm (S135) direct-coupled drill rod was developed. The drill pipe joint is integrated with the pipe body without the need of friction welding. The outer diameter of the joint and the annulus clearance of the borehole are increased by reducing the outer diameter of the pipe joint of the φ73 mm API and designing a new type of drill pipe thread, satisfying The requirements of transporting well logging tools and drilling cement plugs in deep wells ensure underground safety. Field application shows that the drill rod tensile, torsion and sealing performance is reliable, the penetration rate was significantly improved, drilling construction more smoothly.
