背景:耳郭畸形的治疗方法包括义耳赝复、肋软骨植入、Madpor支架植入及骨合种植等,但利弊各异,效果上各有优劣。目的:采用仿真材料的赝复法治疗部分耳郭缺损患者,并评估其赝复效果。方法:选用部分耳郭缺损的小耳畸形患者2例,根据耳郭缺损的情况,以双组份室温固化硅橡胶制作出赝复体,借助医用黏合剂固定赝复体至缺损部位。分别在不同光线、距离和环境下评估赝复效果以及患者自身满意度。结果与结论:纳入的2例部分耳郭缺损患者经赝复法治疗后其耳郭可达到良好视觉效果。赝复法治疗部分缺损的小耳畸形患者,方法简单无需手术,可重复性好,易于维护。自然光线下,室外赝复物肉眼分辨距离低于1.5m时,患者表现出较高满意度。
Background: The treatment of ear deformities includes prosthetic auricles, costal cartilage implantation, Madpor stent implantation, and bone planting. However, the advantages and disadvantages vary and the effects have their own advantages and disadvantages. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the prosthetic effect of some prosthetic auricle defect patients by using simulated material prosthesis. Methods: Two cases of small ear malformations were selected. According to the defect of auricles, prostheses were made from two-part room-temperature cured silicone rubber, and prostheses were fixed to the defect site with medical adhesives. Evaluate the effects of prosthesis and patient satisfaction in different light, distance and environment respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 2 cases of auricular defect patients were treated with percussive prosthesis to obtain good visual effects. Prosthetic method for the treatment of small defects in patients with partial malformations, the method is simple without surgery, good reproducibility, easy to maintain. Under natural light, the outdoor satisfaction of the prosthesis showed a higher degree of satisfaction when the naked eye distance was less than 1.5 m.
