为了全面贯彻落实提出的“健康第一”的指导思想,全国各级学校要深入广泛的开展全国亿万学生的阳光体育运动。因此,各校应认真学习文件,提高思想认识,加强组织领导,建立专门工作机构,营造良好的气氛,加强宣传力度,积极认真的开展好“阳光体育运动”。在实际操作中,应以体育课教学与课外活动相结合的方式进行,并合理安排好时间。另外,在体育活动中要做好安全工作,使本项活动真正、有效地提高学生体质健康水平,促使广大学生的身形得到全面的发展。
In order to comprehensively implement the guiding ideology of “health first” put forward, all levels of schools in the country should conduct in-depth and extensive sunshine sports activities for billions of students across the country. Therefore, all the colleges and universities should conscientiously study the documents, raise their ideological understanding, strengthen the organization and leadership, set up special working organizations, create a good atmosphere, step up publicity, and actively carry out the “Sunshine Sports Campaign.” In practice, physical education should be combined with extra-curricular activities in the way, and reasonable arrangements for the time.
