本文研究采用感应淬火提高间隙配合链板疲劳强度的可能性。孔表面感应淬火的目的是在孔附近产生残余压缩应力,以降低平均应力和提高材料强度。根据钢材的古德曼准则(Goodman),降低平均应力可以提高应力范围。在孔附近所产生的残余应力的分布是用感应淬火环状试样和修改的塞克斯(Sachs)方法来测定的。对一个典型链板的孔表面进行感应淬火和拉—拉疲劳试验,并用应变片测定载荷应力分布,结果表明:孔表面用感应淬火,可以使链板的疲劳强度至少增加一倍。
This paper studies the possibility of using induction hardening to improve the fatigue strength of clearance fit chain plates. The purpose of induction hardening of the hole surface is to generate residual compressive stress near the hole to reduce the average stress and increase the material strength. According to the Goodman criteria for steels, reducing the average stress can increase the stress range. The distribution of residual stresses generated near the holes was determined using an Induction Hardened Rings sample and a modified Sachs method. Induction hardening and pull-pull fatigue tests were performed on the surface of the hole of a typical chain plate, and the load stress distribution was measured by strain gauges. The results show that the fatigue strength of the chain plate can be at least double by induction quenching.
