我学太极拳

关于练法几年前,在全民健身活动的热潮中,我们工厂请了一位太极拳老师教大家学习太极拳,我也加入学拳队伍中。我从小身体瘦弱,不爱运动,武术更是从未沾边,学起拳来比一般人愚钝笨拙。笨人有笨人的办法。我是先学大概,以此做基础再深钻细研。学了大概仅仅是有了一张纸,再细学时接受的东西才有了地方记。学式子容易改式子难,是说学到一定程度的式子改起来难。初学者还足改式子比学式子容易。不管对错,先接受下来,以此为基础,再仔细深入地学习改正。实际上一下子就对是不可能的,那么容易的东西学起来也就没多少意思了。不过,不管对错接受下来的式子,脑子里一定不要划句号,要划上一个问号,改正到一定的程度再划句号。但这时脑子里还应该有那个问号,到了彻底吃透、融会贯通甚至有了创新了,才把这问号拉直而成了感叹号。感叹号是问号拉直的,学无止境,还得留一份虚心。 About practicing law A few years ago, in the upsurge of nationwide fitness activity, our factory invited a Tai Chi teacher to teach you all to learn Tai Chi, and I also joined the school.
