一、水土保持治沟骨干工程规划的目的及任务 治沟骨干工程的工程规划,应在小流域坝系规划的基础上,根据坝群分工的需要及小流域综合治理的需要进行。工程规划的主要目的和任务是,根据坝系规划和沟道地形条件,确定坝址位置、工程布设及结构物组成,概算工程技术经济指标及工程效益,提出实施规划方案,为进一步进行技术设计打下基础。
I. The Purpose and Task of Soil and Water Conservation Trench Management Project The project planning of trench management should be based on the planning of dam system in small watershed and according to the needs of division of labor and the need of comprehensive management of small watershed. The main purpose and task of the project planning is to determine the dam site location, project layout and structure composition, technical and economic indicators of project estimate and project benefits based on the dam system planning and channel topography conditions, and put forward the implementation plan, in order to further technical design lay the foundation.
