目的 :探讨放射损伤所致造血功能障碍与内源性IL - 3之间的关系。方法 :小鼠随机分为正常对照和照射组 ,利用EndogenMouseIL - 3ELISA试剂盒 ,检测小鼠致伤后不同时间的血清IL - 3水平。结果 :5.5Gy 60 Coγ射线照射后血清IL - 3水平在整个观察期间明显降低 ,其中第 3d、第 5d最低 (低于检测灵敏度 ,未能检测到 ) ;10d后开始缓慢回升 ,至第 2 8d仍未达正常水平 ,照射组外周血白细胞数量的变化与血清IL -3变化呈平行关系。结论 :放射损伤所致内源性IL - 3水平降低 ,可能是外周血白细胞异常及其他造血功能障碍形成的原因之一
Objective: To investigate the relationship between hematopoietic dysfunction induced by radiation and endogenous IL - 3. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into normal control group and irradiation group. The levels of IL - 3 in serum were detected by Endogen Mouse IL - 3 ELISA kit at different time points. Results: Serum IL - 3 levels were significantly decreased during the whole observation period after 5.5Gy 60 Co γ - ray irradiation, among which the lowest was detected on the 3rd and 5th days (lower than the detection sensitivity and could not be detected) Still not up to the normal level, the number of peripheral blood leukocytes in the irradiated group changes in parallel with the change of serum IL-3. Conclusion: The decrease of endogenous IL - 3 level induced by radiation injury may be one of the reasons for the abnormalities of peripheral white blood cells and other hematopoietic disorders
