The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the activities of T-SOD, CuZn-SOD, Mn-SOD and serum SOD in red blood cells of 63 elderly people who insisted on running were measured and compared with the normal control group And the content of the relationship. The results showed that there was a significant difference in SOD activity between the two groups (P <0.01), while the SOD content in the elderly fitness group (243.67ng / ml) was slightly lower than that in the elderly control group (279.55ng / ml) In the elderly, especially those without exercise, there are many inactive SOD, SOD activity alone or content indicators can not reflect the true level of human blood SOD, the real significance of their combination, that unit The number of units of energy per ngSOD in a volume of blood ─ the efficiency of SOD.
