电力线路在雷雨、冰雪等恶劣天气下由于绝缘程度降低或其他原因,很容易发生故障。如果电杆表面被雨水严重浸湿或在天气寒冷的情况下,潮气在电杆表面很容易形成一层薄冰,检修人员用普通脚扣蹬杆时,脚扣与电杆不能抱紧,出现脚扣打滑现象,使检修人员不能进行正常的蹬杆检查,不仅影响了客户的正常生产,还大大减少了供电量,降低了供电可靠率,给检查人员的安全也带来极大的威胁。为此,我们针对这一问题进行了改进脚扣结构,提高防滑性能的探索。
