采用涡尾迹方法结合Leishman-Beddoes(L-B)动态失速模型计算叶片气动力。应用有限元分析软件Patran/Nastran,分析风力机运行时的风轮模态。基于非定常气动力和结构模态,针对风力机风轮,建立其结构运动方程。求解出的叶片振动速度加入到L-B模型非定常气动力的计算中,从而建立了考虑叶片振动的风力机载荷、响应计算模型。分析了Phase VI叶片各个叶片截面的气动力、振动位移和振动速度随时间的响应曲线,表明该方法能够较好地计算出风力机叶片的气动性能、载荷和响应。
The blade aerodynamic force is calculated by vortex wake method combined with Leishman-Beddoes (L-B) dynamic stall model. The finite element analysis software Patran / Nastran was used to analyze the rotor mode of the wind turbine. Based on unsteady aerodynamic forces and structural modalities, the structural equation of motion is established for the wind turbine rotor. The vane vibration velocity is added to the calculation of unsteady aerodynamics of L-B model, and then the wind turbine load and response calculation model considering blade vibration is established. The response curves of aerodynamic forces, vibrational displacements and vibration velocities of various blade sections of Phase VI blades with time are analyzed. The results show that this method can calculate the aerodynamic performance, load and response of wind turbine blades well.
