研究了碱性二氧化钛(TiO2)加入低密聚乙烯(LDPE)和线性低密聚乙烯(LLDPE)的共混体系时共混高聚物性能的变化。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)的测试结果表明:将TiO2加入LDPE/LLDPE的共混体系,共混高聚物结晶时,TiO2可作为结晶核影响LLDPE和LDPE的结晶;TiO2的碱性可以与高聚物中酸性的季碳原子作用。两种原因的共同作用使总的结晶潜热降低,而LDPE的结晶较没有加入TiO2又更完善。
The properties of blends were studied when alkaline titanium dioxide (TiO2) blends with low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) blends. The results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) show that TiO2 can be used as the nucleus to influence the crystallization of LLDPE and LDPE when TiO2 is added to the blend system of LDPE / LLDPE and the polymer is blended. The basicity It can react with acidic quaternary carbon atoms in the polymer. The combined effect of the two causes a decrease of the total latent heat of crystallization, while the crystallization of LDPE is better than that without addition of TiO2.
