用扩散—电极法测定骨和牙齿氟含量。将样品用1∶1硫酸在盖上涂有碱膜的扩散盒(?)扩散22h,然后用电极测定氟含量。该法回收率达98.5%±2.6%,相对标准偏差3.3%。将本法与以往报导的不加固定剂的高温灰化—电极法相比,不仅操作简便,设备简单且结果高于灰化—电极法(p<0.001)。这表明后者操作中有氟的损失。另用本文方法测定了地氟病人、正常人及大白鼠、免、氟中毒牛的不同部位骨和牙齿氟含量。
Determination of fluorine in bone and teeth by diffusion - electrode method. The sample was diffused for 22 h with a 1: 1 sulfuric acid diffusion hood (?) Coated with a base membrane and the fluorine content was measured with an electrode. The recovery rate of 98.5% ± 2.6%, the relative standard deviation of 3.3%. Compared with the reported high-temperature ashing-electrode method with no fixative, this method is not only easy to operate, but also simple and the result is higher than the ashing-electrode method (p <0.001). This indicates a loss of fluorine in the latter operation. In addition, this method was used to determine the content of fluoride in bone and tooth of different parts of freckle patients, normal persons and rats, free and fluorosis poisonous cattle.
