致病性嗜盐菌所致的食物中毒,是近年来才被发现的一种急性肠道疾病。由于该病在各种细菌性食物中毒中,所占的比重颇高(上海市1961-62年该病占查明病原的细菌性食物中毒总件数的83.8%),所以对嗜盐菌食物中毒的防治,应予以足够的重视。现仅就该病几个有关问题,结合文献加以介绍,以供参考。病原学嗜盐菌并非是细菌分类学上的命名,从目前已有的研究资料来看,它与假单胞菌属比较接近,日本淹川氏建议把它命名为肠炎假单胞菌。嗜盐菌为非抗酸性、革兰氏阴性、多形态球杆菌,
