简要介绍了DCS的发展及所存在的缺点 ,引出了一种全新的、具有高度开放的、彻底分散的控制系统———现场总线控制系统 (FCS)。分析了现场总线的特点和优点 ,指出了尽管FCS还存在着标准不统一、关键功能不完善等问题 ,但是FCS必将代替DCS在工业过程控制中起主导作用。然后根据目前及今后一段时间内二者并存这一实际情况 ,提出了它们相互联结、通信的 4种方式 ,并给予简要分析和评价。此外介绍DCS向FCS过渡的现场总线标准———HART通信协议及基于HART协议的智能仪表的结构及功能。充分利用Internet技术 ,建立基于FCS的生产、监控、管理为一体的企业内部网 (Intranet)是企业管理信息系统的发展趋势。
This paper briefly introduces the development of DCS and its shortcomings, and leads to a brand-new, highly open and completely decentralized control system --- Fieldbus Control System (FCS). The characteristics and advantages of the fieldbus are analyzed. It is pointed out that FCS will replace the DCS and play a leading role in industrial process control despite the inconsistency of standards and the lack of key functions in FCS. Then according to the actual situation of the co-existence between the two at present and for some time in the future, four ways of linking and communicating with each other are put forward, and a brief analysis and evaluation are given. In addition, it introduces the field bus standard of DCS to FCS transition --- the structure and function of HART communication protocol and smart meter based on HART protocol. Making full use of Internet technology, the establishment of Intranet based on FCS production, monitoring and management is the development trend of enterprise management information system.
