研究以单个SnO2 传感器为敏感元件对CO进行动态检测 ;讨论了SnO2 气体传感器动态检测方法的理论基础。结果表明 ,运用动态检测方法明显提高了SnO2 传感器对CO的选择性 ,动态检测方法是建立在半导体电导率温度依赖特性基础上的。
A single SnO2 sensor was used as a sensitive element to detect CO. The theoretical basis of dynamic detection of SnO2 gas sensor was discussed. The results show that the dynamic detection method can significantly improve the CO selectivity of the SnO2 sensor. The dynamic detection method is based on the temperature dependence of the conductivity of the semiconductor.
