从上世纪50年代开始,宿舍的设计大都以内廊连接卧室与公共盥洗间的形式为主。到60年代,逐步演变为半外廊式和全外廊式。近年来又发展为单元式。内廊式宿舍无论从使用或管理上都存在着很多问题,不能满足现行学生居住的要求;单元式则很受欢迎。然而内廓式宿舍,目前在高校中还普遍存在。如何对其进行改造设计,是一个新的课题。本文简述由于房间功能的改变及要满足抗震要求需解决的几个问题。
From the 1950s onwards, most of the design of the dormitories was based on the inner gallery connecting the bedroom and public toilets. By the 1960s, it gradually evolved into a semi-porch style and a full-porch style. In recent years, it has evolved into a unit. There are many problems in the use and management of the corridor-style dormitories, which cannot meet the requirements of the current student residence; the unit style is very popular. However, the inner-provided dormitory is still prevalent in colleges and universities. How to transform and design it is a new topic. This article briefly describes several issues that need to be addressed due to changes in room functionality and the need to meet seismic requirements.
