目的:分析小儿皮疹采取中药熏洗治疗中的有效护理方法。方法:选取100例小儿皮疹,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,在治疗过程中观察组给予常规护理,对照组采取中药熏洗治疗及精心护理干预,对比两组治疗效果,症状消失时间,患儿依从性,家长满意率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率略高于对照组,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患儿依从性,家长满意率显著高于对照组。结论:中药熏洗治疗是小儿皮疹有效的治疗方法,在治疗过程中加强皮肤护理,展开健康宣教,加强用药指导,可提升患儿治疗效果,促使患儿临床症状快速消退,值得在临床中推广。 Objective: To analyze the pediatric rash to take an effective nursing method in fumigation and washing traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: A total of 100 pediatric rashes were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases. During the treatment, the observation group was given routine nursing. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and intensive care intervention. Time, children’s compliance, parents satisfaction rate. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The compliance rate and parents’ satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Herbal fumigation treatment is an effective treatment for pediatric rashes. Strengthening skin care during the course of treatment, promoting health education and strengthening medication guidance can improve the therapeutic effect of children and promote the clinical symptoms of children to quickly disappear, which is worth to be promoted in clinic .
