盐酸左旋咪唑中的主要杂质为2-亚胺基噻唑烷行生物和2,3-二氢-6-苯基咪唑〔2,1-b〕噻唑盐酸盐。前者是利用2-亚胺基的双键与硝酸银溶液进行比浊法测定,后者是用对照品进行薄层层析检查。由于2,3-二氢-6-苯基咪唑〔2,1-b〕噻唑盐酸盐的咪唑环具有共轭双健,与盐酸左旋咪唑的紫外吸收行为有很大差别,盐酸左旋咪唑和2-亚胺基噻唑烷都不干扰测定。依此我们建立了用紫外分光光度法测定2,3-二氢-6-苯基咪唑〔2,1-b〕噻唑盐酸盐杂质的方法。该法操作简便、灵敏度高,不仅可用于限度检查,还可用于定量分析。实验部分仪器和试药 PEKIN-ELMER(美)
The major impurities in levamisole hydrochloride are 2-iminothiazolidine and 2,3-dihydro-6-phenylimidazo [2,1-b] thiazole hydrochloride. The former is the use of 2 - imine double bond and silver nitrate solution turbidimetric method, the latter is the control sample TLC. Since the imidazole ring of 2,3-dihydro-6-phenylimidazo [2,1-b] thiazole hydrochloride has a conjugate double bond, there is a great difference in the ultraviolet absorption behavior with levamisole hydrochloride. Levamisole hydrochloride and 2-iminothiazolidine do not interfere with the assay. Based on this, we have established a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of 2,3-dihydro-6-phenylimidazo [2,1-b] thiazole hydrochloride impurity.
