目的了解儿童麻疹风疹联合疫苗的接种效果。方法 2012年对高邮市60名满8月龄儿童在免疫前及完成基础免疫后1个月采集末梢血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测麻疹、风疹IgG抗体。采用微量细胞板培养法检测麻疹风疹联合疫苗效价。结果麻疹IgG抗体阳性率免疫前为1.67%,免疫成功率为98.33%;免疫前后麻疹IgG抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)分别为1∶1.62、1∶1 285.14。风疹IgG抗体阳性率免疫前为0,免疫成功率为58.33%,免疫前后风疹IgG抗体GMT分别为1∶1.69、1∶19.59。结论高邮市麻疹风疹联合减毒活疫苗麻疹基础免疫成功率高于国家免疫规划免疫成功率≥85%的指标,但风疹低于该指标;冷链系统和疫苗管理情况良好,为消除麻疹奠定了基础。
Objective To understand the vaccination effect of measles and rubella combination vaccine in children. Methods In 2012, 60 children aged 8 months and older in Gaoyou were collected before immunization and one month after the completion of basic immunization. The measles and rubella IgG antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Measles measles rubella combined vaccine titer using microplate cell culture. Results The positive rate of measles IgG antibody was 1.67% before immunization and the success rate of immunization was 98.33%. The geometric mean titers of measles IgG before and after immunization were 1: 1.62, 1: 285.14 respectively. The positive rate of rubella IgG antibody was 0 before immunization, the success rate of immunization was 58.33%. The GMT of rubella IgG antibody before and after immunization were 1:1.69 and 1:19.59 respectively. Conclusion The success rate of measles-based rubella combined live attenuated measles vaccine in Gaoyou is higher than that of the national immunization program, but the rate of rubella is lower than this index. The cold-chain system and vaccine management are good, which laid the foundation for the elimination of measles basis.
