目的:研究人微小病毒B19感染与组织细胞性坏死性淋巴结炎(KFD)的相关性.方法:采用双盲法在32例KFD患者及13例正常对照淋巴结活检组织中用原位杂交和免疫组织化学染色方法检测B19病毒基因组DNA和病毒蛋白.并采用原位杂交和免疫组化双标记法确定病毒感染的细胞类型.结果:在32例KFD患者淋巴结中,B19病毒DNA和病毒蛋白阳性率分别为71.9%和59.4%,而在对照淋巴结中,二者阳性率分别为30.8%和23.1%.统计学分析显示B19病毒基因组DNA和病毒蛋白在KFD中有更高感染率(P值分别为0.011和0.027).病毒感染的细胞大部分为淋巴细胞,少数组织细胞也是病毒感染的靶细胞.结论:微小病毒B19在KFD中有更高的感染率,微小病毒B19与KFD的发病有密切关系.
Objective: To study the correlation between human parvovirus B19 infection and histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis (KFD) .Methods: Double-blind immunofluorescence staining was performed in 32 KFD patients and 13 normal control lymph node biopsies by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry The genomic DNA and viral proteins of B19 virus were detected by chemical staining, and the cell types of virus infection were determined by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical double labeling.Results: The positive rate of B19 virus DNA and viral protein in lymph nodes of 32 KFD patients were 71.9% and 59.4%, respectively, while the positive rates in control lymph nodes were 30.8% and 23.1%, respectively.Statistical analysis showed that genomic DNA and viral proteins of B19 virus had a higher infection rate in KFD (P values were 0.011 And 0.027, respectively) .The majority of virus-infected cells were lymphocytes and a few of them were target cells of virus infection.Conclusion: Parvovirus B19 has a higher infection rate in KFD and parvovirus B19 is closely related to the pathogenesis of KFD.
