研究了HDC球形高效聚丙烯催化剂的制备工艺,对中试放大试验中的主要影响因素进行了分析,确立了一种全新的载体乳化成型方式,全面优化了工艺流程,为进一步的工业放大奠定了基础。结果表明:研制的 HDC催化剂聚合活性在40 kg/g以上,聚合物为球形,细粉少、粒径分布集中,聚合性能稳定。HDC催化剂中试产品在国内间歇式液相本体丙烯聚合装置的进一步工业应用表明,所得聚合物性能稳定优异,完全可以满足现有生产装置的要求。
The preparation technology of HDC spherical polypropylene catalyst was studied. The main influencing factors of the pilot scale enlargement test were analyzed. A new carrier emulsification molding method was established, the process flow was optimized, which laid the foundation for further industrial amplification basis. The results show that the HDC catalyst has a polymerization activity of over 40 kg / g, a spherical shape, a small amount of fine powder, a concentrated particle size distribution and a stable polymerization performance. The further industrial application of the HDC catalyst pilot product in the domestic batch type liquid bulk propylene polymerization device shows that the obtained polymer has stable and excellent properties and can fully meet the requirements of the existing production devices.
