目的:探讨应用循环酶法评价血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与心血管疾病的关系。方法:应用日立71701A全自动生化分析仪(循环酶法)对82例冠心病患者和健康者进行血浆HCY浓度测定。结果:心血管疾病患者HCY浓度明显高于健康人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:应用循环酶法测定血浆HCY时,高HCY是心血管疾病一个非常重要的独立危险因子。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (HCY) levels and cardiovascular diseases using circulating enzyme method. Methods: Hitachi 71701A automatic biochemical analyzer (circulating enzyme method) in 82 patients with coronary heart disease and healthy subjects were measured plasma HCY concentrations. Results: The HCY concentration in patients with cardiovascular diseases was significantly higher than that in healthy people (P <0.001). Conclusions: High circulating HCY is a very important and independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease when circulating HCY is measured.
