目的经113例相对较大样本尿氨基酸检测,了解正常婴幼儿尿氨基酸谱。方法以HP1050反相高效液相色谱法测定113例0~4岁健康儿童的20种尿氨基酸值。结果除个别氨基酸外,0~4岁健康小儿尿中各氨基酸水平呈正态分布,但每种氨基酸的正常值范围波动较大;大部分尿氨基酸值随年龄增加而下降,而同年龄组不同性别之间尿氨基酸差异不明显。结论0~4岁正常小儿尿氨基酸水平随年龄增加而呈下降的趋势,但性别差异不明显。
Objective To determine the amino acid profile of urine in normal infants through the urine samples of 113 relatively large samples. Methods The urine amino acid values of 20 urinary samples from 113 healthy children aged 0-4 years were determined by HP1050 reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Results In addition to individual amino acids, the levels of amino acids in normal children aged 0 ~ 4 years were normal, but the ranges of normal values of each amino acid varied greatly. The amino acid values of most of the patients decreased with increasing age, but were different in the same age group There was no obvious difference in urinary amino acids between sexes. Conclusion The level of urinary amino acid in normal children aged 0 ~ 4 years shows a decreasing trend with age, but the gender difference is not obvious.
