目的应用SAS软件对日本血吸虫感染小鼠血清中可溶性虫卵抗原(SEA)特异性抗体进行动态趋势分析。方法将2种品系小鼠(BALB/c和C 57 BL/6)分别分成3组,感染、治疗和重复感染组,通过内眦静脉定期采集小鼠血样,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中可溶性虫卵抗原IgG抗体水平;应用SAS软件分析检测结果。结果自感染日至感染后20 d,日本血吸虫可溶性虫卵特异性抗体IgG无明显变化(P>0.05);感染后30~60 d IgG明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);感染后70~120 d IgG亦无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 SAS提供的混合线性模型及相应的PROCMIXED过程可以应用于医学数据的相关性分析。
Objective To analyze the dynamic trend of specific antibodies against soluble egg antigen (SEA) in sera of mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum by SAS software. Methods Two strains of mice (BALB / c and C57BL / 6) were divided into three groups: infection, treatment and repeated infection groups. Blood samples of mice were collected periodically through the internal veins and were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) The level of soluble IgG antigen in serum was measured. SAS software was used to analyze the results. Results There was no significant change in IgG of soluble egg of Schistosoma japonicum from the day of infection to 20 days after infection (P> 0.05). IgG of 30-60 days after infection significantly increased (P <0.01); infection After 70 ~ 120 d IgG did not change significantly (P> 0.05). Conclusion The mixed linear model provided by SAS and the corresponding PROCMIXED procedure can be applied to the correlation analysis of medical data.
