本文运用专家评估法构建商场吸引度模型,模糊综合评析法以及比较矩阵法综合评价出商业中心区四大商场对人们的吸引度差异,分析车辆拥堵原因。然后,本文独创性地用电路来模拟该城市中心路口的交通情况,将周期性变化的人流量类比成电流,把滑动变阻器模拟为车流受到的人流量阻碍,运用物理公式分析人流量对车流量的阻碍作用。本模型能够形象而直观地得到人流量对交通拥堵的影响,同时具有极大的推广价值。
