为维持沼气池内各种菌群的适宜生存环境,解决北方地区冬季温度低而导致沼气池产氧率低、使用率低问题,设计太阳能沼气检测与控制系统。设计上下两级微机,功能主要有智能恒温部分,智能减压部分,防结壳部分和远程监控部分。制作了硬件系统,实验证明系统可实时监控各个模拟设备的运行状态,实现了参数记录,临界值预警等预设功能,运行稳定。
In order to maintain suitable living environment of various bacteria groups in biogas digesters and solve the problem of low oxygen production rate and low utilization rate of biogas digesters in the northern part due to the low winter temperatures, a solar energy biogas detection and control system is designed. Two levels of computer design, the main function of the intelligent thermostat section, intelligent decompression part, anti-crust part and remote monitoring part. The hardware system is manufactured. The experiment proves that the system can monitor the running status of each analog device in real time, and realize the preset functions such as parameter recording and threshold value warning, and it is stable.
