目的对导致脑深部电刺激(DBS)手术不成功的原因进行分析,探讨防治措施。方法随访并回顾性的分析本中心自1998年至2003年间为49例患者进行的DBS手术及术后资料。结果术后出血1例,术后电极连接点处皮肤溃烂1例,手术未完成1例,术后开机无效2例,术后效果显著低于术前评估4例,术后1年内效果减弱3例。结论进行多学科协作的术前患者筛选,药物测试,正规严谨的手术操作,定期的随访程控,合理的术后用药指导可以很大程度的提高DBS手术的成功率。
Objective To analyze the causes of unsuccessful operation of deep brain stimulation (DBS) and discuss the prevention and treatment measures. Methods Follow-up and retrospective analysis of DBS surgery and postoperative data of 49 patients from 1998 to 2003 in our center. Results Postoperative bleeding in 1 case, postoperative electrode junction skin ulceration in 1 case, the operation was not completed in 1 case, postoperative boot invalid in 2 cases, the postoperative effect was significantly lower than the preoperative evaluation of 4 cases, 1 year after the effect weakened 3 example. Conclusion The preoperative screening, drug testing, formal rigorous surgical operation, regular follow-up program-controlled and reasonable post-operative medication guidance for multidisciplinary collaboration can greatly improve the success rate of DBS surgery.
