Stubs焊接公司的Multi-jetkitx喷涂装置是在大功率氧乙炔焊炬的基础上发展起来的,其装有一只粉末手控装置和三种号码的多孔喷嘴。粉末存放在容量为1公斤的塑料容器中,靠重力送至焊炬喷嘴中。粉末流量的正确调节能精确地控制涂层,从而减少工件喷涂后的机加工或磨削量。待修复的零部件固定在一台安装附件的车床上。
Stubs Welding’s Multi-jetkitx spraying unit was developed on the basis of a high-power oxyacetylene torch equipped with a powder hand control and three numbers of multi-orifice nozzles. The powder is stored in a 1 kg plastic container and gravity fed into the torch nozzle. Correct tuning of powder flow controls the coating precisely, reducing the amount of machining or grinding after the workpiece is sprayed. The parts to be repaired are fixed on a lathe with attachments.
