(一)提高轧机主传动效率专题讨论会 一九八三年十一月六日至九日与湖北省金属学会冶金设备学委会联合在湖北省沙市召开,参加会议的有来自全国62个单位的76名从事冶金设备研究、设计、制造和院校的专家、教授和工程技术人员,会议收到论文36篇,介绍了近年来各单位在轧机主传动系统方面所取得的科研成果和先进经验。 会上宣读的文章,研究了扭振的理论,分析了振动的原因,实测了轧机的动态参数,提出了系统固有频率和扭矩放大系数的理论计算方法,对探讨扭振造成重要部件的疲劳破坏,有一定的指导意义。
(I) Improving the Main Drive Efficiency of Rolling Mill Symposium was held in Shashi, Hubei Province jointly with Metallurgical Equipment Committee of Hubei Metallurgical Society from November 6 to November 9, 1983, and 62 participants from all over the country attended the symposium. Of the 76 experts, professors and engineers who engaged in metallurgical equipment research, design, manufacture and institutions. The conference received 36 papers and introduced the achievements and advanced experience gained by all units in the main drive system of rolling mills in recent years . The articles read out at the conference studied the theory of torsional vibration, analyzed the causes of vibration, measured the rolling mill dynamic parameters, and put forward the theoretical calculation method of system natural frequency and torque amplification coefficient. The fatigue damage of important components caused by torsional vibration , There is a certain guiding significance.
