应用静电纺丝技术将含有温敏单元与葡萄糖基材料的温敏性含糖聚合物制备成纳米纤维。通过分光光度法研究了该纳米纤维膜对于蛋白质的吸附性能。结果表明:在相同的条件下,材料吸附特异性蛋白Con A的量要高于非特异性蛋白BSA;随着温度升高,Con A的吸附量降低。该种膜材料具有特异性的吸附性能并且可以根据温度调节吸附量,有望应用于生物医用材料领域。
Electrospinning was used to prepare nanofibers from temperature-sensitive, sugar-containing polymers containing temperature-sensitive units and glucose-based materials. The adsorption properties of the nanofiber membrane to protein were studied by spectrophotometry. The results showed that under the same conditions, the amount of Con A adsorbed by the material was higher than that of the non-specific protein BSA. With the increase of temperature, the amount of Con A adsorbed decreased. The membrane material with specific adsorption properties and can adjust the amount of adsorption according to temperature, is expected to be applied to the field of biomedical materials.
