本文研究了二甲酚橙(XO)作萃取剂和显色剂,在聚乙二醇(PEG)2000-Na2S04-XO双水相体系中锌的显色反应条件及应用.实验结果表明在pH5.8缓冲液中,将Zn(Ⅱ)配合物从水溶液中萃取到PEG相中,其最大吸收波长为535nm,摩尔吸光系数为3.625×104L/(mol.cm).Zn2+含量在0.2-10μg/10mL范围内服从比尔定律,实验结果满意.
