砂布轮有较大柔性,可用于复杂曲面抛光。为了掌握砂布轮抛光工艺参数对TC4表面粗糙度的影响规律,提高抛光质量,通过单因素试验分析了工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律,利用正交试验结果建立了表面粗糙度预测模型,验证了模型的显著性;通过响应面法分析了工艺参数对表面粗糙度的耦合影响规律,并对工艺参数进行了优化;航空发动机叶片抛光试验表明,粗糙度预测模型和优化的工艺参数可以实现理想高效的抛光效果。
Emery wheel has greater flexibility, can be used for complex surface polishing. In order to understand the law of the surface roughness of the TC4 polishing wheel and improve the quality of the polishing, the influence of the process parameters on the surface roughness was analyzed by single factor test. The surface roughness prediction model was established by the orthogonal test results, The significance of the model was analyzed. The influence of process parameters on the coupling of surface roughness was analyzed by response surface method, and the process parameters were optimized. The aeroengine blade polishing test showed that the roughness prediction model and the optimized process parameters can achieve the ideal Efficient polishing effect.
