刺槐(Robinia Psevdoaccia)又名洋槐,为豆科落叶乔木,原产于北美洲,19世纪末我国青岛率先引种,目前已遍及全国各地,尤以黄、淮流域最常见。祖国医学认为刺槐全身是宝,花、叶、果、根均可入药,其花芳香甘甜,是良好的食品,同时具有较高的药用价值,有凉血、止血,清肝降火的功能。《本草纲目》载:“疗吐血、衄血、崩中漏下血”“炒香频嚼,治失音及喉痹”。从现代营养学角度来说,刺槐花中含有丰富的蛋白质、糖、抗坏血酸、氨基氨等。其中蛋白质含量较高达20.53%,并含17种氨基酸,其中人体必需氨基酸含量为6.188%,非必
