从总体设计角度,对双旋翼共轴式直升机的悬停和前飞性能计算进行了分析和研究,建立了一套工程实用的计算方法,编制了程序,计算了算例。特别在悬停状态下,根据滑流理论,考虑了双旋翼的相互气动干扰,经过合理的简化、推导和求解,得到了适合不同旋翼间距的悬停性能计算公式。为了验证理论分析的正确性,在旋翼实验台上进行了双旋翼气动特性实验。试验结果表明,上述的分析和计算方法可以较好地满足直升机总体设计要求,并取得了较满意的结果。
From the perspective of overall design, this paper analyzes and studies the hovering and forward flight performance of bi-rotor coaxial helicopters, and establishes a set of practical calculation methods, compiles the program and calculates the examples. Especially in the hovering state, according to the slipstream theory, considering the mutual aerodynamic interference of the twin rotors, the calculation formula of the hovering performance suitable for the different rotor pitches is obtained through reasonable simplification, derivation and solution. In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, the aerodynamic performance of the twin rotors was tested on a rotor test rig. The test results show that the above analysis and calculation methods can better meet the overall design requirements of the helicopter and achieve more satisfactory results.
