本文对企业集团的内部控制和内部资本市场效率两者之间的关联性进行了理论的阐释,并结合案例进行了分析,找出了内部资本市场的固有缺陷,对内部市场失效的表现形式进行了分析,提出了提高企业集团内部市场效率的策略。
This article theoretically explains the correlation between the internal control of the enterprise group and the efficiency of the internal capital market, and analyzes the cases in combination with them to find out the inherent defects of the internal capital market and to perform the internal market failure. Analyzes and proposes strategies to increase the efficiency of the internal market within the enterprise group.
