报告经CT、磁共振成像(MRI)证实的68例脑基底节区梗塞患者的脑电地形图(BEAM),并与50例正常对照组的BEAM作对照,结果梗塞组BEAM36例(53%)异常:其中33例以θ波频带能量增高为主要表现(29例位于大脑前半部,4例位于大脑后半部);3例(8%)为δ波频带能量增高,均在后半部。对照组BEAM异常4例(8%),表现在额、颞区θ波频带能量稍有增高。脑梗塞组与正常对照组比较,BEAM异常率有明显差异。
Sixty-eight patients with brain-based infarction confirmed by CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were enrolled in this study. BEAM was compared with BEAM in 50 normal controls. The results showed that 36 patients (53%) had BEAM in infarction group, Abnormalities: Among them, 33 cases showed the increase of energy in θ wave band (29 in the anterior part of the brain and 4 in the posterior part of the brain). The energy of the δ-wave band increased in 3 cases (8%), all in the latter half. In the control group, 4 cases (8%) of abnormal BEAM showed a slight increase of energy in the frontal and temporal θ wave bands. Compared with the normal control group, the abnormal rate of BEAM in cerebral infarction group was significantly different.
